This blog shows the published posts from the Forge&Hive posts API. It's one of three frontends (Astro, React Router and Next.js) that render the same posts, to compare how each framework fetches, renders and deploys.
How it's built
- React Router 8 in framework mode: every page is rendered on the server, so new posts show up right away.
- AWS Lambda behind an API Gateway HTTP API, deployed with Tower Control. The same function serves the page and its assets.
- Posts API: loaders read from it on the server only; the browser never calls it.
- Markdown post bodies, rendered and sanitized on the server.
